All items will have their own delivery cost depending on size and courier. Please refer to each item, using our postcode checker to get an accurate cost for your Laura James product. Total delivery cost is capped at 1 delivery fee per order.

When can I expect delivery ?

Standard Sized Items

Items with a longer lead time - what to expect.If you have ordered an item from Laura James that is not yet in stock due to new seasonal availability and/or is a made to order item and/or a product due back in stock, then we ask that you refer to you order confirmation regarding delivery dates. Please note that on occasion we may experience delays beyond this date due to fabric delays and supplier issues which are out of our control. We will of course keep you up to date on all delays, in the unlikely event that they should occur. Multiple Orders & Sustainable DeliveryIf you have ordered more than one item from Laura James, then we will ship all products to you as soon as the final product is in our warehouse and all checks are complete. We do this to ensure you receive all of your products on the same day/time for your convenience and to also ensure that we are creating less emissions and unnecessary journeys from our warehouse. We aim to be mindful of our sustainability footprint at Laura James and thank you for your understanding with our policy.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days - Monday to Friday. The item will arrive within 1-3 business working days after purchase to England, Wales and Scotland. And 3-5 days if to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands.

Oversized Delivery

Any products classed as oversized will be delivered on a 2-man delivery service due to the size of the furniture.

Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery. We aim for this to be within 3-5 working days, on a day of your choice. The delivery date can also be extended a further 7 days to suit you.

Read our Returns Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@laurajameshome.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@laurajameshome.com.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
