After your order is placed, it takes several days for us to process it. Once the order has left our warehouse you will be emailed your tracking number.

During holidays and site-wide sales, processing times may be slightly delayed due to increased order volume.

We expect most orders to be delivered in less than 5 business days after they are packed. When you receive your order, it may smell like shrimp and piña coladas. You're welcome.

As part of our desperate cry for attention, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. We want you to talk us up to all your friends (who you should totally introduce us to).

To help get you there we offer a 30-day return/exchange period on all items ordered on goodr.com with the following caveats:

•Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from bear attacks made on a case-by-case basis)

•Warranty runs from the original purchase date

•All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. goodr.com )

•We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on items that are specifically marked "FINAL SALE."

•We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges on any Canadian, APO/FPO/DPO, and non-US orders. All International sales are final.
