All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1–2 days of being placed. During busy periods, shipping times may be affected, and you may need to inquire with your selected courier regarding their deadlines. Deliveries to remote areas may experience delays.

We currently operate and ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada only.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada. Other countries and regions are not supported at this time.

3. Order & Shipping Process

You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping may take 4–12 days depending on your destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you.

4. Order Status

Track your order immediately on our tracking page using your order number and email. Statuses include: Ordered → Processing → Order Ready → In Transit → En Route → Delivered.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

9. Vega Ring Lifetime Color Warranty

Covers gold coating color and pearl discoloration for items purchased from VegaRing.com. Promotional gifts may not be covered.

Scratches from normal wear

Damage from misuse or improper storage

10. Vega Ring Broken/Faulty Item Warranty

Within 90 days of delivery, if a faulty item or manufacturing defect occurs, contact official@vegaring.com with your order number, shipping address, item details, issue description, and photos. Promotional gifts may not be covered.
