•Most items ship standard delivery only.

•Free shipping thresholds do not apply when selecting Express Shipping.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Lulu Babe purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase date (30 days for VANCHI or Qtoys branded products).

We cannot accept change of mind returns on:

•Personalised items

•Gift cards

•Clearance items (final sale)

•Bulk orders (bulk orders are defined as any of the following: purchases of 10 or more of the same item; orders totalling $500 or more in a single transaction; or orders placed for group gifting, resale, or corporate purposes.)

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

•Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase (30 days for VANCHI or Qtoys products).

•Items returned must be in their original sale condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns may be refused if items arrive used, damaged, or improperly packaged.

•Original shipping costs are not refundable.

•For orders paid via Afterpay or Zip Pay, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund (to help cover non-refundable fees charged to us by these providers).

Return Shipping Fees for Change-of-Mind Returns:

•Australia: $9.95 (clothing/other), $18.95 (nappy bags).

•New Zealand: NZD 13.00 (clothing/other), NZD 35.00 (nappy bags) - or buyer can organise their own label

•UK: GBP 7.00 (clothing/other), GBP 15.00 (nappy bags) - or buyer can organise their own label

Please note: In some cases, we may approve a refund without requiring the return of the item. In these instances, we reserve the right to apply a return fee equal to the above return shipping fees.

Our Return Policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return for nappy bags, please email us at admin@lulubabe.com . For all other items, please follow these steps:

Log into your customer account using your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to you(no password required).

•Locate the order with the item you wish to return and click Request return.

•Select your reason for return, optionally add a note, and click Request return again to submit.

•Important: Do not send any items back until your return request is approved. You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label once approved.

•After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund promptly.

Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date you receive your item. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault within this period, please email us at admin@lulubabe.com with:

•Your order number

•A description of the fault

•Clear photos or a short video showing the fault (including photos of damaged packaging, if it was damaged in transit)

We may request the return of the defective product for evaluation. If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse your postage costs.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damages from improper care, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or natural materials aging.
