Most accessories and smaller items are dispatched within 3–7 working days. Larger furniture pieces are delivered from our supplier partners and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks; our 2-man delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient day.

Returns from Conpanna Living
Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it (this is your legal right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
How to start a return
Email us at carina@conpannaliving.com with your order number and we'll give you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — most items return directly to our supplier warehouses, and we'll give you the correct address for your item.
Condition of returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please keep all packaging until you're sure you're keeping your purchase.
Refunds
We'll refund you in full, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of postage). Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described — in which case we cover it and put it right with a replacement or full refund.

Faulty or damaged items
Please check your delivery on arrival and let us know about any damage within 48 hours, with photos if possible. We'll sort it quickly — replacement or refund, your choice. For larger furniture pieces we will usually arrange collection for you.
