Processing & Shipping Times

At QOVQ, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Items labeled “On Hand” are already in stock and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Most other items are preorder items and may take approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated.

Please note that processing and shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Preorder Information

Preorder items are ordered from our vendor after the preorder window closes.

Because preorder items are specially ordered , cancellation, refund’s, or changes may not be guaranteed once the order has been placed.

By purchasing a preorder item, you understand and agree to the estimated processing time.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, QOVQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost packages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our business and preorder system, all sales are final. Please review all product details before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

• Ordering the wrong item

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Customer preference

By completing a purchase , you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must still be attached

• Items must show no signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration

Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for an exchange .

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, customers must:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

2. Include the order number and reason for the exchange

3. Wait for approval before returning any item

Once approved, customers will receive return instructions .

Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected , exchange’s are topically precessed within 5-7 business days .

Depending on availability, customers may receive:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

Preorder Items

Most items sold through QOVQ are preorder items.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs for exchanges

• Shipping costs associated with replacement items

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
