Shipping charges

Shipping fees varied depending on the shipping location. Final Shipping Fees will be shown at checkout.

Transit, handling and order cutoff time domestically

Shipping time: 6 -10 business days

Order processing: 12-24 hours (Monday to Saturday)

Note: Sometimes order can take little longer than expected to arrive due to customs or some other reasons.

Delivery terms

We use USPS and Yun express to deliver our product.

Change of address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Support@All8bit.com

Cancellations

If the customer wants to cancel the order, they must contact us via email within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it's past 12 hours, we'll not be able to cancel the order for any reason.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched we send you tracking details on the email address provided while placing an order.

Parcel Stolen

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the provided address, the responsibility for its security shifts to the recipient. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location and considering additional safeguards, such as requiring a signature upon delivery or using a secure parcel locker.

30-Day Return Policy

All8bit offers a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return. The product must be in the same condition that you received it to proceed with the return.

Note: Electronic or battery-operated products must be used as mentioned in the instructions provided with the product. If the product is damaged due to not following the instructions, the customer is responsible for the damage.

Order Cancellation or change in order:

Customer needs to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order if they want to make any changes to their order or want to cancel it. After 12 hours time has passed, we won't be able to do so.

Note: For cancellation use all8bit.care@gmail.com, our contact form or reply to order confirmation email directly. Any other way of contact will not be considered and customer will be responsible for it.

Returnable products

All the products listed on our website are returnable unless it's "Final Sale" or mentioned on the product page otherwise.

Note: We do not accept returns for products that are in full working condition simply because the customer has changed their mind or is no longer interested. As a small business, we aim to keep operations smooth and fair - returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@All8bit.com with the following details:

•Product details and reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth return process, we may require a short video demonstrating the issue with the product. This helps us verify the problem, provide the best possible support, and prevent unnecessary delays. If a video is needed, our support team will guide you through the process. Failure to provide the requested video may affect the eligibility for a return or refund.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong product

Please check the parcel at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can check the issue and make it right.

We suggest that you record the video of unboxing the product so we can easily inspect its condition.

To return your product, you should contact our e-mail with the unboxing video and order details at Support@All8bit.com.

Is there any product restocking fee?

All8bit does not charge any fee on returns and refunds.

Exchanging the product

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Support@All8bit.com.

Refund process

We will notify you once we’ve received your returned product, and let you know via email if your refund was approved or not.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if your refund is accepted. Please note that it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
