This will be 14 business days from date of despatch. We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. You can return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 30 days. Some exceptions apply that are as follows:

•Your proof of purchase.

•The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

•Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition.

If You Have all these expections applied we are happy to refund however it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money. Just to note PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you if the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods.

The following Products that are not eligible for refund will be:

•Products which you received over 30 days.

•Products that have been unsealed (other than faulty).

•Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition.
