All orders placed before 3:30pm (GMT) or 9:30am (CDT) are dispatched the same day, excluding personalised orders, sale periods, weekends and public holidays.

UK Deliveries: We deliver UK orders the next working day with our trusted courier DPD when you order before 3:30pm (Monday–Friday).

Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:30pm arrive the next working day.

Orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will arrive Monday.

Orders placed over the weekend will arrive Tuesday.

Pre 10:30am & Weekend Delivery: Need it sooner or at a more convenient time? We offer Pre 10:30am, Saturday and Sunday delivery options at checkout. (Please note: these services can’t be guaranteed in Scotland and Northern Ireland.)

International Deliveries: All international orders are delivered in 1–3 working days via DHL Express.

Extended Return & Exchange Policy

To make your holiday shopping effortless, we are extending our Returns & Exchange Policy for the festive season. From 10th November 2025, all purchases can be returned until 25th January 2026. Please note, any orders placed on 25th December 2025 and after will be subject to our Standard 30 day Return & Exchange Policy.

Standard 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible item(s) purchased online may be returned or exchanged for FREE within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following criteria:

The item(s) must be new, unused and in original condition, with all labels and tags fully attached.

"New and unused" means the item(s) show no signs of wear, damage, washing or alteration.

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns that appear worn or used. Such items will be returned to the customer.

No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

We regret that we are unable to offer a return nor exchange on item(s) that have been personalised, customised or made to order.
