Most of the year orders are shipped within 1 business day. During busy periods, it can take up to 3 days. We do offer an option to upgrade the handling of your order, which will ensure it is shipped on the same or next day of receipt. The cost for this is $25 per order. If you select this option your order will be processed ahead of regular orders. Please note this does not upgrade the shipping method -- Shipping can be upgraded during checkout.

•Over $1,000 after discount receives 30% discount on Priority Postal Service rates.

•Over $1,500 after discount ships for FREE (up to 10% of the order value).

Canada

•Global Crafts will contact you with the shipping charges after the order has been placed. Shipping and customs fees is the responsibility of the buyer.

Global Crafts is committed to making Fair Trade products available to retailers and museums at competitive prices. There is no minimum order amount; however, we require that you provide a resale number to qualify for wholesale prices.

Payment

First orders placed with Global Crafts require payments in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or guaranteed funds (cashier's check, or money order). Credit is given solely at our discretion. Global Crafts will consider Net-30 requests after the first order or when an organization provides credit references. Returns

Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.

If you would like to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. If you return more than 25% of an order it will be considered a cancellation and subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed we will start picking and packing. Once our warehouse team have started packing an order it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
