All items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We operate on a live inventory system and do not accept backorders or drop ship from manufacturers (except in rare cases like made-to-order name tapes). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically shipped same-day.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship to all 50 states and US territories. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

Standard items: $7.00 flat rate, or free on orders over $150

Large or heavy items: $20.00 flat rate

•Expedited and carrier-specific options (USPS & UPS) are available and quoted at checkout

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We proudly support OCONUS military members and ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Military addresses are billed at domestic postage rates. However, because these shipments are considered exports under US law, export-restricted items cannot be sent to these addresses. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page.

International Shipping

International shipping is available at rates quoted at checkout. Please note:

•Certain brands have agreements requiring their products to be shipped to US addresses only. If your order includes one of these items and uses an international shipping address, the order will be cancelled.

•ITAR/EAR-restricted items cannot be exported or sold to non-US citizens under any circumstances.

Restrictions by Destination

Certain states and localities have laws governing what items may be purchased or shipped there. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that conflict with applicable local, state, or federal law. For a full list of known restrictions, please visit our Shipping Restrictions page .

RETURNS & EXCHANGESMost items can be returned or exchanged within 30-days, both in-store and online. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to: perishable goods such as food or medical supplies, socks, underwear, body armor, helmets, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, made-to-order items such as name tapes.

Some brands cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to: EOTECH, Hesco.

Items marked as clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. The items are final sale.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

All returns and exchanges must be approved through our portal system. Once your request is received, it will be approved or denied. We will provide instructions at that time, or reasoning for the denial. Once the return or exchange arrives, it must and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

REFUNDSAll refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.

REFUND AMOUNTSale prices or promotions may affect the total amount of the refund processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDSIf you haven’t received a refund yet, please ensure the 3-5 business day period has passed. If it has, then contact your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

SHIPPING COSTSCustomers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning or exchanging items, and may use the mailing service of their choice to send items. Any shipping costs paid as part of the initial order are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN POLICY LIMITSWe reserve the right to limit, restrict, or revoke a customer's ability to return or exchange items if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused. This includes, but is not limited to, an excessive frequency or rate of returns relative to orders placed, patterns suggesting items are purchased with the intent to use and return, or repeated returns outside the conditions described above. Customers affected by this policy will be notified directly.
