The delivery period mentioned is an approximate period only and it may vary due to the delay by the courier companies as well as due to holidays. But we will try our best to ship your parcel on the same day of your order if it reaches us before 2.00 pm on a working day.

The Courier charge will be calculated on the basis of weight and size of the product, packing material, the expense for packing and handling of the parcel to courier offices. (For example, Courier Charge for Maharashtra is Rs.90/- up to 1 Kg.

If the parcel is more than 1 KG, next 1 gm to 1 KG will be charged Rs.180/-.

All the states' courier charges will be calculated in this method.)

•My Cookware Shop offers 7days replacement policy from the date of delivery.

•The sold products cannot be returned.

•In case of a product broken or damaged an immediate exchange will be done if the product’s broken image or videos is shared or will refund for the broken products alone(*incase if we are unable to dispatch the replacement of the broken product within 7 working days)not applicable on pandemic situation.

•The replacement time will take up to another 3-5 working days.

•Since Cast Iron, Iron and Stone Cookware are Handmade Items weight and look might be different from each Product it won’t be considered as a damage

In case if the customer wants to exchange a product which they have ordered by mistake the customer will have to bear the two-way courier charges.

•Since all the images are taken in different lighting, The original products look may slightly differ from the image.

After the Customer Approves on the Returns, the Product will be initiated for Return and after Receiving the Product and also verifying the product received. The Refund Procedure will be initiated with the tallied Reverse shipping charges.

•Customers may notify us of any damage or defect In case of defective product supply/exchange which is ordered by mistake within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

•The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions

•Wrong Product shipped by us.

•The product received is defective.

•In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by email at info@mycookwareshop.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

•Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.

•No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
