All orders will be sent out from our warehouse within 24 hours after you place them.The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you depends on your location. Delivery time varies from time to time due to seasonality and performance of our carrier. All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.

Please login to your account to view the tracking information for your order.** Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse, since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it into our system. Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is an optional offer upon checkout. The optional insurance is calculated based on your order amount (approximately 5-6% of the order amount). Shipping Insurance covers loss of package and damage of packages upon arrival. A package may be considered lost if it does not arrive within the shipping time as stated. A package is considered received as per indicated by shipping carrier and can be viewed in our Account Page . To make a claim for damaged or lost package, email us at info@nextdealshop.com . We will send a replacement upon confirmation.

Cancellations

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.

If your order has already left our warehouse, we can no longer assist you with a cancellation for your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request via email at info@nextdealshop.com

Your cancellation request must include the following information:

Your order number (order number should begin with “US-1628”)

The name and email address used to place the order

Please note; due to privacy and security concerns, we can only process a cancellation request sent to us at info@nextdealshop.com

Cancellation requests cannot be submitted by phone, social media or alternative email addresses.

ReturnsWe would accept returns if you notify us via email at returns@nextdealshop.com

Make sure to contact us within 60 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).

If 60 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we would not be able to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.What CANNOT be returned:

•Seasonal goods

•Intimate or sanitary goods

•Health and personal care items

The following information is needed to process your request:

Our RMA team will provide you with an RMA form which needs to be added to the returning package.

Without this form, we are not able to identify and process your return.

Please be reminded that returns are made at the customer’s cost.Next Deal Shop will compensate the cost for the return shipping fees with store credit up to US$ 10.

Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us.As we are an international company and ship our orders worldwide, we have set up a global returns centre in China.

Refunds Once your cancellation has successfully been processed, or your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 1-2 working days.

Alternatively, we can offer the value as store credit for our website.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, here are the steps you can take:
