Order Processing

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly shown during checkout.

Delays

As a goodwill gesture, customers whose orders experience significant shipping delays may be eligible to receive a $5 USD Zepr Store Credit , issued at our discretion. Store Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed on future purchases made through Zepr.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

•Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

•Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be reshipped.

•We cannot guarantee recovery of packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

•Checking around your delivery location.

•Asking household members or neighbors.

•Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

•Include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item(s).

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Window

We currently do not offer free returns for non-defective items or items that match their description.

Refunds
