Delays or Orders Not Received

Once processing or submission has begun, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

•The item(s) you wish to return

•The reason for the return

All returns must be approved by our team before being shipped.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Return Conditions

•Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

•A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

•Some products may not be eligible for return due to the nature of the product or for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs is determined as follows:

If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. incorrect selection, change of mind or order placed in error), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error by us (e.g. item damaged on arrival, defective product or incorrect item received), we will provide an appropriate solution.

Approved returns must be sent back to our home warehouse in China, from where the order was originally shipped. Return instructions and shipping address will be provided by our customer service team once the return request is approved.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where the return is caused by our error.
