Shipping PolicyThank you for shopping with SmartShop7. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order ProcessingAll orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). During peak periods or high demand, processing time may be extended by 1–3 additional days.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping LocationsWe offer worldwide shipping, including:

3. Estimated Delivery TimesAverage delivery times vary depending on your location:

4. Shipping CostsShipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

– destination country – total weight of your order – shipping method selected

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order TrackingAll orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.

6. Incorrect AddressPlease ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed PackagesWe are not responsible for:

– delays caused by carriers – customs clearance delays – weather conditions – incorrect addresses – lost or stolen packages after delivery

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.

8. Split ShipmentsFor logistical reasons, some items may be shipped separately. You will not be charged extra if we split your order into multiple packages.

9. Customs, Duties & TaxesInternational customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees.

SmartShop7 is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
