If materials arrive at the Transfer Home Movies office in an unplayable, defective and non-repairable, or blank condition, Transfer Home Movies will issue the customer a credit* for the amount associated with the Digitize and Transfer services** that cannot be completed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs upon completion of an order as per the Terms of Service.

If a customer cancels their order prior to the Digitize and Transfer process starting, a refund will be issued to the customer in the amount of their purchase minus any administration and/or shipping fees paid. Administration fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a Groupon customer cancels their order prior to the Digitize and Transfer process starting, a refund will be issued by Transfer Home Movies to the customer in the amount of any order upgrades paid directly to Transfer Home Movies minus any administration and/or shipping fees paid. Administration fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a customer is entitled to a refund for their Groupon Voucher, the customer must contact Groupon customer service for their refund to be process. Transfer Home Movies is unable to issue refunds for Groupon Vouchers.

If an Amazon customer cancels their order prior to the Digitize and Transfer process starting, a refund will be issued by Transfer Home Movies to the customer in the amount of any order upgrades paid directly to Transfer Home Movies minus any administration and/or shipping fees paid. Administration fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a customer is entitled to a refund for their Amazon order, the customer must contact Amazon customer service for their refund to be process. Transfer Home Movies is unable to issue refunds for any amounts paid to Amazon.

If a customer believes Transfer Home Movies finalized and delivered an order that was incomplete, as per the services paid for, Transfer Home Movies will accept, for review and determination, a return of any and all components of the order that the customer believes to be incomplete, along with any and all original media that corresponds with the incomplete components in question. Transfer Home Movies is not responsible for processing a return and/or refund if the customer does not include, as part of the return, all required components necessary for review, determination, and/or order completion.

Transfer Home Movies accepts returns within thirty (30) days of completion of an Order. An Order is completed (and the thirty (30) days starts) from the date Transfer Home Movies hands the order to the shipping carrier for shipment to the customer or from the date a customer picks up the order.

To start the return process, the customer is required to send an email to Transfer Home Movies (solutions@TransferHomeMovies.com) with the customer’s name, order number, and an explanation of the concerns with the order. Transfer Home Movies will provide an RMA # (return merchandise authorization number) to include with the return.

Once the Material(s) (as defined above) are returned, Transfer Home Movies will begin the review process and will provide a written response to the customer with our determination within fourteen (14) days that will include the course of action. The primary goal of Transfer Home Movies is to satisfy every customer as outlined in the Terms of Services and complete every order in a manner as per the services paid for. It is the customer’s responsibility to burden any costs associated with the shipment of the Return to Transfer Home Movies. Once a return is received by Transfer Home Movies, if it is determined that an order was delivered to the customer incomplete, as per the services paid for, and it is determined that Transfer Home Movies CAN complete the order, Transfer Home Movies will complete and ship the order to the customer (at no cost to the customer) and refund*** any of the customer’s incurred costs of shipping the return to Transfer Home Movies of not more than twenty five dollars ($25). If it is determined by Transfer Home Movies that the order was originally completed as per the services paid for, Transfer Home Movies will ship the order back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If it is determined by Transfer Home Movies that an order was delivered to the customer in an incomplete manner as per the services paid for and Transfer Home Movies CANNOT complete the order, Transfer Home Movies will ship the order back to the customer at no cost to the customer, refund*** the customer’s incurred costs of shipping the return to Transfer Home Movies of not more than twenty five dollars ($25), and issue a credit* for the amount associated with the Digitize and Transfer services** that cannot be completed.

* Credits must be used within one hundred and twenty (120) days of issuance and can only be applied towards Digitize and Transfer services. ** Administration fees and shipping fees are not considered Digitize and Transfer services. *** Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method the customer provided upon placing their order.
