5.1 Right to Cancel Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This right includes but is not limited to issues regarding the setup, action, feel, build quality, and sound of a product. To return an item, please email support@ev-entz.com within your 7-day contractual period to receive a returns number and provide details of why you wish to return the product. Once you have your returns number, you can either send the item back to us yourself, or we can arrange for our courier to collect the item(s) at a cost of £10.00 GBP (plus a £5 GBP admin charge for the courier service).

5.2 Faulty or Incomplete Goods If the goods supplied to you are faulty or incomplete upon arrival (whether or not they were damaged in transit), you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt. Return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy. Once we have verified the fault within the applicable guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery), we will typically offer a prompt repair service. If the fault occurs within 28 days of purchase, you will have the option of an exchange, refund (with proof of purchase), or credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5.3 Returning Items Any items you return to us are at your own risk. We strongly advise taking reasonable care when returning any items by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and sent via a reputable carrier. We recommend using recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office can provide advice on this.

5.4 Verification of Faulty or Incomplete Items Items returned as faulty or incomplete will be checked and verified by our technicians. If the items are found not to be faulty or incomplete, they will be returned to you, and you will be charged for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. If your credit card has expired or is declined, we will hold the item(s) until full payment for the return carriage is made.

Additional Considerations

Original Packaging: When possible, please return items in their original packaging.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Proof of Purchase: Ensure you include proof of purchase with any returns to facilitate the process.
