Our products are shipped directly from our Portland, OR warehouse, or in some cases, directly from the manufacturer. The estimated time to shipping is shown on each product page and will sometimes depend on which product options are chosen. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown on the shopping cart page after you have entered your zip code or postal code. We try hard to get your order to you in the estimated time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the tracking number(s) on your account page by clicking on My Account.

Our general policies are outlined below. If you have special shipping needs or circumstances, please contact us as we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your purchase in time and as expected.

United States Shipping

Continental U.S.

For (most) purchases over $75.00 in the continental U.S., we offer free ground shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS. If you would like to upgrade from UPS ground shipping you can contact us for a quote.

Unusually large or heavy products : Overweight charges may apply. In those cases, the product's description will clearly indicate such.

Game Tables & Arcades: Game Tables and Arcade machines that ship via Freight may have an added freight fee attached to them which will display at checkout.

Outside of UPS or FedEx delivery area: Some products are required to be shipped freight at an additional cost to you if UPS or Fed Ex will not deliver.

Alaska and Hawaii

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. We offer US Postal Service as an option; you'll get an instant shipping quote by simply entering your zip code on the shopping cart page.

APO/FPO Addresses

We use US Postal Service exclusively for shipping to APO/FPO addresses. You'll get an instant shipping quote by simply entering your zip code on the shopping cart page.

Canadian Shipping

We use USPS International Airmail Parcel Post for shipping to Canada. To get a shipping quote, simply type your postal code into the form on the shopping cart page. You may also be required to pay import duty, local taxes, and brokerage fees. These will be collected at the time of delivery. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount before ordering. We attach an invoice to the outside of the box with a detailed description of the products to reduce customs delays, but occasionally orders are still delayed in customs for up to several weeks. We do not ship all products to Canada unfortunately, exclusions do apply. For more information contact us.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship to locations outside the United States and Canada.

Drop ship items direct from manufacturers may have a restocking fee. If an item is defective or damaged you must contact us before returning so we can arrange the return shipping with our shipping company or process damage claims with UPS. Billiards.com will not reimburse for shipping unless it's authorized before the return. Please contact us with any questions or for further information.

A pool table is a large piece of furniture and an investment; please evaluate issues such as personal finances, space requirements, family issues and other peripheral issues before purchasing a pool table. Contact us before ordering to ensure all your questions are answered and you get the right table.

Before you can fully complete your pool table order, we’ll confirm everything with you to ensure that:

•The intended location of the pool table in your home will support the weight.

•You or the installers will be able to get the pool table into the intended location.

•If you are taking delivery yourself:

•the semi-trailer truck must be able to park at the curb in front of your home, and

you must be able to safely unload the 1000 pounds of pool table components from the truck.

Unassembled Tables

We may approve a return on a new table only if the table is new, unassembled and still in original boxes and packaging, in their original condition. If a table has been installed, it’s a used table. However, if you decide to return a new, unassembled table, you will have to pay for the outgoing and return shipping costs, as well as any installer handling fees (if you chose the White Glove Installation option). These are 1000 pound shipments—shipping costs are expensive and can be up to $1000.
