B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7days (Monday to Friday ). Order cut off time will be 12:00 PM. Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business day (Monday to Wednesday).

C. Delivery Terms

We use the USPS local courier to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns & Refunds policy.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact us by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We charge a 15% restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
