This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products and services purchased from DEN Outdoors are delivered.

Because DEN offers both digital products and prefab building systems, delivery methods vary depending on the product purchased.

1. Digital Construction Documents

DEN construction documents and related project materials are delivered digitally.

After completing your purchase, construction documents are typically made available

immediately through your DEN account dashboard.

Customers will also receive a confirmation email containing access instructions and links to their purchased materials.

Because these files are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping charges associated with construction document purchases.

2. Account Access

All purchased construction documents are stored within the customer’s DEN account.

Customers may log in at any time to access and download their purchased documents.

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure access to their account credentials.

3. Customization Deliverables

If customization services are purchased, updated construction documents will be delivered digitally through the customer’s account or by secure file delivery once the customization work has been completed.

Delivery timelines for customization services vary depending on the scope of the requested changes and will be communicated during the project coordination process.

4. Prefab Package Delivery

Prefab packages involve the fabrication of structural components and building systems and are not delivered immediately after purchase.

A prefab deposit initiates pre-construction services and reserves a place within the DEN manufacturing pipeline.

Once a project progresses to fabrication, a separate manufacturing agreement will define:

•fabrication timelines

•delivery logistics

•shipping coordination

•responsibilities between DEN, the builder, and the customer

Delivery of prefab components may occur via freight carriers, specialized transport, or other logistics providers depending on the project location and scope.

5. Shipping Costs for Prefab Components

Shipping costs for prefab components are not included in prefab deposits unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs, freight logistics, and delivery coordination will be outlined in the manufacturing agreement for each project.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines for prefab projects may be affected by factors including manufacturing schedules, material availability, weather conditions, transportation logistics, and site readiness.

DEN Outdoors will communicate project timelines as fabrication progresses, but delivery dates may change due to circumstances outside of our control.

At DEN Outdoors, we sell digital construction documents and provide pre-construction and prefab services.

Because many of our products are delivered digitally or involve reserving project capacity, our return and refund

policies differ from those of traditional retail products.

1. Construction Documents

All construction document purchases are delivered digitally.

Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded,

all construction document purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate transaction,

please contact our team and we will review the issue.

2. Customization Services

Customization services involve project-specific work performed by our team.

Once customization work has begun, these services are

non-refundable.

If a customization request is cancelled before work has started, a refund may be issued

at the discretion of DEN Outdoors.

3. Prefab Package Deposits

Prefab deposits are placed to initiate pre-construction services and reserve

a fabrication slot within the DEN manufacturing pipeline.

Refund Window

Prefab deposits are refundable for 14 days from the date the deposit is made.

After the 14-day period has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Why Deposits Become Non-Refundable

After a deposit is placed, DEN begins allocating internal resources,

project coordination time, and fabrication pipeline capacity.

Because manufacturing capacity is limited, deposits secure project scheduling

and pre-construction services.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

After the 14-day refund window has passed, deposits will not be refunded for reasons including:

•financing cannot be secured

•the project exceeds the customer’s construction budget

•a builder cannot be found

•permits or approvals are denied

•zoning restrictions prevent construction

•site conditions prevent construction

•the customer decides not to proceed with the project

These risks are part of the normal homebuilding process and remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Manufacturing Agreements

When a prefab project proceeds to fabrication, a separate manufacturing agreement

will be issued to the customer.

That agreement will outline the final project scope, payment schedule,

manufacturing terms, and delivery coordination.

The manufacturing agreement will also reflect the complete financial structure of the project,

including deposits received, customization fees, add-on services, material selections,

applicable taxes, and any other project-related charges.

The terms of that manufacturing agreement will govern refunds, payments,

and project obligations during the fabrication phase.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error or duplicate charge,

please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction

and we will investigate the issue.
