🚚 Shipping Policy

Delivery countries: We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom. Orders from other countries cannot be accepted or shipped at this time.

Delivery times: All orders are shipped by Noravero. Every order includes a tracking number and shipping is free of charge for the customer.

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel it free of charge. After this period, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (depending on weekends or public holidays).

Your parcel is typically prepared for dispatch within 3–5 working days. Once handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a shipping update. This preparation time is included in the stated delivery time.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), which corresponds to approximately 10–20 calendar days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as high demand at shipping carriers or customs checks, which are beyond our control. Should we be unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund.

🚚 Shipping & tracking: We work with reliable international shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel via parcelsapp.com, as well as a shipping confirmation email with full details.

📩 Questions about your delivery? Please always contact us first at info@noravero.com . In most cases, we can offer a solution faster than going through external payment providers like PayPal or Klarna. Opening a dispute with PayPal or Klarna can unnecessarily delay the process.

Shipping costs: Delivery is always free of charge, regardless of order value.

⚠️ Customs & import duties (UK): As our products are shipped from outside the UK, your order may be subject to UK customs checks. For orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout and no additional charges should apply. For orders over £135, additional import duties may apply upon delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.

📦 Refusal of delivery: Refusing delivery without a valid reason is not considered a regular return and does not replace the proper exercise of your right of withdrawal. 📦 Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it. After notifying us and receiving our confirmation, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Your statutory rights (UK) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days as part of our customer commitment.

🚫 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

•Products made to your specification or clearly personalised

•Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings, beauty products)

•Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

•Digital products or downloads that have been opened or activated

•Newspapers, magazines or other periodicals

•Sale items or gift cards

Return shipping costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense. No return label is provided.

⚠️ Important notice regarding international returns: As our returns centre is located in China (outside the UK), your return shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes upon arrival in China. These costs are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by Noravero. We strongly recommend checking with your local postal service or courier regarding potential costs before sending your return.

Return shipping costs to China may be significantly higher than domestic returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

💰 Refunds Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return or valid proof of postage, to your original payment method.

📌 Damaged or wrong items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noravero.com with photos. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
