We offer free standard shipping on the following order types:

Gear & Apparel Orders: Free shipping on orders of $49 or more

Blank Headwear Orders: Free shipping on orders of $199 or more

Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons (holiday shopping, ski season), processing times may extend slightly. We'll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Speeds & Carriers

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. We ship from our fulfillment center in Northwood, Ohio, which means customers in the Midwest typically receive orders on the faster end of that range.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your order.

Expedited Shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime at ridgeandriver.com/apps/track-my-order .

If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if items are sourced from different locations or are oversized. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply for non-contiguous states). We do not currently ship internationally.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. If a P.O. Box is entered and cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee may apply. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ridgeandriver.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For all returns except blank headwear, a $8.00 return label fee will be deducted from your return amount to cover the cost of the return shipping. You also have the option of using your own label, paid for by you, if you chose to do so.To start a return, please visit ridgeandriver.com/apps/returns-center or you can contact us at hello@ridgeandriver.com . Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),personal care goods (such as beauty products) and any products that are advertised as "final sale". We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ridgeandriver.com.
