When will my order arrive?

Dispatch times may vary for each item, even if they are ordered together. For new releases, delivery depends on the official launch date — you can find the estimated release and shipping information on the product page. You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched so you can look forward to enjoying your game soon!

Promo Express Delivery (Singapore)

Promo Express Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days to reach your doorstep after the order has been dispatched.

Same-Day Delivery (Singapore)

If you place your order before 9am during our operating hours, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange same-day delivery.

If your order is placed outside operating hours, we will contact you on the next working day to arrange delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping time for overseas orders depends on:

The destination country,

The customs clearance speed of that country, and

The shipping method you selected at checkout.

Can I do self collection on same day of order?

Yes you can if you opted for self collection at Office located at 51, Bukit Batok Crescent, Unity Centre #05-17 Singapore 658077. Self collection at other locations will need at least one working day to do the transfer. You will be notified by email or Whatsapp when ready for collection.

Can I do day-one self collection on newly launch title?

Yes you can if you opted for self collection at designated collection point during pre-order. You order will be dispatched accordingly.

How will it be arranged if 1 order with current available and pre-order items?

If your order includes two or more games with the same release date, we will combine them into one shipment. For mixed orders with in-stock items and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the fulfillment options are as follows:

Option 1 (Delivery within Singapore)

If your order contains:

In-stock items + pre-order items; or

Multiple pre-order items with different release dates (weeks or months apart),

We will ship out the items that release first if the individual item value is SGD $60 or above.

Option 2 (Delivery within Singapore)

Under the same conditions as Option 1, but if the individual item value is below SGD $60, we will ship all items together in one parcel once the latest item is released.

Alternatively, you may choose to self-collect the in-stock items or the pre-order items that have already been released.

For the remaining items in the same order, we will arrange delivery once they are released.

Overseas Orders (Outside Singapore)

International shipping is available via one shipping method only.Therefore, whether your order contains:

In-stock items + pre-order items, or

Multiple pre-order items with different release dates,

Your order will be shipped together in one parcel, once the latest item in the order is released.

We encourage all customers to choose their items carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds for any reason. However, exchange requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product must be in its original sealed packaging, unopened, and unused

The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product

Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or incompatibility once the product has been opened or used.

However, if an item is defective, faulty, or damaged, we will gladly assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with the policy below.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as you receive it.

Eligibility Requirements

The defective or damaged item must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date.

Items returned as “defective” must not have scratches, cracks, dents, or marks. Discs with visible damage will be rejected and returned at your cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Postage Costs

Return postage for defective items is shared equally:

You pay for shipping the item back to us.

We cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement to you.

For all returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Wrong Item Received

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item. This is rare, and we aim to correct it quickly.

Return the item in the same condition you received it.

Item must be returned within 14 days from the day you received it.

A refund or replacement will be provided once the item is returned and inspected.

6. Returns Procedure

To return a defective item:

This return policy applies ONLY to defective products, such as controllers that fail to sync or pair with the console within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.

We do not exchange products purchased by mistake or items incompatible with your system.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where a product is confirmed to be defective, faulty, or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, and where a replacement is unavailable.
