We provide free shipping and paid shipping based on the destinations of your orders.We exempt the shipping fees if the package weighs less than 0.5 KG.We exempt the shipping fees of 0.5 KG for orders weighing more than 0.5 KG, and the extra portion is at the customer’s expense.

Estimated Shipping Time

The shipping time varies depending on the distribution centers and express companies of your package, and under no circumstances we will hold reliable for the damage or loss due to the delay in the delivery of the package.

Packages should arrive in the United States within 5-7 business days. COVID-19 may postpone the shipping time to 2-20 days.

Delivery from the Czech distribution center to European countries and regions may take another 2-3 days because of COVID-19 and other inevitable factors. It may take 15-30 business days to get your packages delivered to European countries & region from the China distribution center when the Czech warehouse is out of stock.

Delivery to African and South American places normally takes 5-10 business days with DHL express. The delivery of heavy-weight large packages and oversized shipping may take 30-50 days.

Notes:

Express is being suspended in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and orders cannnot shipped to the countries mentioned currently.

Orders placed on SANNCE official store will be processed within 3 business days (except for pre-orders).

If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped out from the China distribution center, so delivery would take longer than usual to arrive.

It's customers' reliability to pay the customs fees and other unexpected fees when customs fees occurred.

We declare a proper value for customs on all shipment which are shipped out from China or overseas distribution centers. You may email to support@sannce.com for more information about the declared value, or to request a specified value within hours from the purchase time.

Losses due to incomplete & incorrect address or fraudulent transition by customers should be borne by them.

Orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled generally. Customers shall hold responsible for the shipping fees and relevant additional fees if they want to cancel the orders that have been dispatched out.

Customers shall hold responsible for checking that the package is complete and undamaged when your package is delivered. You should check to ensure no damage on the package before you sign for the delivery. You are authorized to refuse the damaged package based on informing the delivery men of your reason.

2. Keep the original state of the returned items in order not to affect the secondary sales;

3. After your return requirements are approved, send the relevant products to the designated address

Returnable Items

1. The item you received is incorrect with the item you ordered;

2. The item you received is defective;

3. The item you received is DOA (Dead on Arrival);

4. Non-Stisfied Goods.

Note for Case of Return:

1. Clearance, sold in used condition or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made;

2. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us ( support@sannce.com ) immediately;

3. For Non-Stisfied Goods

If you receive your products and you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us.Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

1. If the product is faulty, you could send it back for a full refund within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping fee is available;

2. If the product is completely broken, we could offer you a full refund or resend you a new one since you submit the problem within 45 days of receiving the product;

3. If the product is slightly damaged and you want to retain it, we would offer you a partial refund;

4. If you have emailed us for a refund, once we have approved it your money will be refunded. The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used the expected processing times are shown below.

You may return any item in its original packaging provided that the products are not damaged or abused when you are trying and testing it for your use. You may return the products for any reason within 30 days of delivery (Some conditions may apply to certain products). The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.For used items which are received more than 30 days,you may get a replacement or a partial refund within warranty due to quality problem.Please note that replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item, the customer may take return shipping fees according to specific case .

Standard warranty-1 year

The standard warranty covers a period of one year from the documented date of purchase, including all components and accessories contained in the original packaging. After the warranty period has expired, warranty services will continue to be available for a fee. Please see below standard for a exclusive warranty or additional cost of quality defective product:

Exclusive warranty for another 1 year: 40% of original order amount.Defective product beyond 1 year: 20% of original order amount for one time warranty service.

Kindly Notice

Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we couldn't cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.

And we are not responsible if goods were lost when sent back without tracking number. We would deal with the refund within 24 hours after we receive the return goods.
