If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days in the original packaging and original new condition. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used/unsealed items will not be accepted. Please notify us prior to return if you had taken a sample out of the original packaging by emailing us at info@leilaniwholesale.com

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as an invoice receipt or order number. If you’re not sure regarding your order, please sign into you account or if you checked out as a guest, please refer to your email receipt.

A tracking number is required for all returns, otherwise we can not submit the refund.

Refunds

Please email us the return tracking number at info@leilaniwholesale.com, once it is shipped and we will process your refund within 24-48 hrs. Purchase price excluding original shipping will be refunded back to your account. If we are not notified with the return tracking number then your return will be issued once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your tracking number email or the returned item. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days. We are only able to refund back to the original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any order that is not returned in full

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need to exchange your purchase for another item, please follow our return instructions to return the original item(s) to us and we will refund the full purchase price. A new order may be placed for another color/design at any time.

Defective or damaged items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To notify us regarding defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order by sending us an email at info@leilaniwholesale.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Typically damaged items are replaced within 7-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
