SHIPPING TIME

If you are in the continental United States, shipping takes 3 to 10 business days with standard shipping. Saturday’s and Sundays do not count as business days. National holidays do not count as business days either.

Please note that products that require an artist, such as our beer glasses that require an artist to work on them , cannot be delivered in 3 to 10 business days.

For customers in the USA, d on’t yell at the guy wearing brown if it’s not there in 3 business days, although we usually surprise you early rather than later.

RETURNSOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We also do not accept products that are intimate (underwear) or sanitary goods, or flammable liquids or gases (lighters). Additional non-returnable items:

No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products. Items without personalization can be returned.

Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested. GroovyGuyGifts.com does require the defective merchandise to be returned, and a postage-paid envelope for the return will be included in your replacement shipment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

•Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Changes

Once payment is made, this confirms all details of your order. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once the order is confirmed. This includes personalization on personalized items, shipping address, and cancellation if the order has already moved into production. Please contact support@groovyguygifts.com if changes need to be made to your order and if we are able to update the order we will, but we cannot guarantee due to quick processing and production times.

RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will not supply return label for gifts (Return price will be on the customer). Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Products that Require Art Work Refund Policy

Products that require an artist to draw artwork on a gift is non refundable. All artwork created is for your personal use only and NOT for commercial use (mass produced and/or resold). If you would like to use the created artwork for commercial use then please notify us first. Artwork that will be used for commercial use will cost more than standard prices.
