Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. The shipping cost for standard UK orders is £5.95.
For all international deliveries the rates are calculated at the checkout.
Delivery
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If you're ordering jewellery delivery is approximately 3 weeks.
For Art Prints please allow 5 working days for unframed prints and 15 working days for framed prints/ stretched canvas.

If for any reason you need to return received goods (please read our Terms and Conditions ), please let us know within 30 working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing us at shop@birminghammuseums.org.uk . We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements. Items will be returned at the buyer's cost unless the item is faulty. Please return the package to:
