Product Returns

Please call for instructions on how to return product. First Equipment, Inc. will not accept any returns without an authorization number (RMA), which will be given or withheld at First Equipment, Inc.'s discretion. A 25% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of shipment. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned. Certain consumables may not be returned. There are no refunds or returns from outside of the United States except to the US Government. Returns must be packaged in the original shipping box or container.
