When can I expect to receive my shipment?

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Working days.

Return

If the product you received is damaged or incorrect , please contact us in a timely manner with related photos or a specific video. You could request either a full refund or a replacement item once our factory confirm that.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Kindly keep it neat and in its original packaging.

Unauthorized Return

Items returned by post office (maybe address changed, wrong address, no one at home or other reasons) without authorization of usadino can only be refunded 80% of total order. If you still need the items, you may place a new order. If the items were shipped by Express, 100% of the item’s price will be refunded.Customer should contact usadino Customer service within 90 days since shipment date when meet the problem.Missing Item (Items missed completely or partially from an order) usadino will ship the missing item to customer once we check it.If the item is just out of stock, full refund of the item’s price will be issued.Customer should contact dinoinbox Customer service within 90 days since shipment date when meet the problem.Sweet reminder : remember to keep the package if “missing item” issue happens, because usadino may need it to solve your problem. Shipped but not Delivered

If the status of shipment is not updated and you still do not get the item after 60 working days from the shipment since the shipment date (Except Russia), usadino will give you a best solution after verify.In the force-majeure circumstances, usadino will take special actions to deal with this problem.These circumstances include: flood, fire, earthquake and other natural phenomena, strike, acts or actions of governmental bodies.

DOA (Dead on Arrival or Damaged on Arrival) Products

You may return the item damaged on arrival (physical damage or scratch) or item dead on arrival within 7 days after delivery or 60 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from usadino , you may return it for refund 70% of total orde r or exchange within 7 days after you receive the good or within 30 days working after shipment if the delivery is not traceable ,and you should cover the returning fee.
