We aim to deliver the goods in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time (except in exceptional circumstances) but not more than 30 days after the day you place your order, unless otherwise agreed between you and us. We reserve the right to deliver an order in instalments by separate delivery shipments.

If you are wanting to purchase items in bulk, please get in contact with us first sales@thornsdiy.com for a postage quote. This is because most items will incur extra postage costs due to weights and sizes once packaged.

OUR RATES:

STANDARD ITEMS & PAINT UP TO 150ML is £4.95

Maximum Dimensions: 45cm x 35cm x 16cm Maximum Weight up to 2kg.

LARGE ITEMS AND OR PAINT OVER 150ML AND BATTERIES is £6.75

Items which are large in size (over 2KG and bigger than 45cm x 35cm x 16cm) and paint over 150ml and batteries will be sent as a Large Item, this is £6.75. We use APC 3 day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for this service.

You can get free delivery on this service if you spend over £35.00 (local delivery), 80.00 (within Norfolk) or 150.00 for rest of the UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Isle of Man).

IF YOU ORDER A LARGE ITEM & OR PAINT (OVER 150ML) / BATTERIES & A STANDARD ITEM TOGETHER – MIXED ORDER , you will be charged £6.75.

Items are over 2KG and bigger than 45cm x 35cm x 16cm.

NORWICH DELIVERY ONLY

Our website states there are some items which clearly state NORWICH DELIVERY ONLY. This is because of the size and weight of the item is too excessive for delivery outside Norwich and is delivered by us and not a courier. You will still qualify for free delivery on orders over £35.00 if you live in our Local Delivery Area or on orders over £80.00 for the rest of Norfolk.

Please Note: Any customers who order items which state Norwich Delivery Only will get their order cancelled and refunded.

We at Thornsdiy.com aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 21 days of receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

All you need to do is to contact us via the following methods: Letter, Email: sales@thornsdiy.com Fax: 01603 622952. We will then contact you to advise you on the best method of return. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition and packaging within 21 days. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us.

FAULTY, INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED AND DAMAGED

If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged, or is faulty then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed above and please supply us with photos of the damaged goods. We will then arrange returning the item(s) free of charge. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs within 21 days.
