We try to ship your order in the most economical, reliable and fastest method possible which means we use a variety of carriers and mail classes depending on your order and your location.

Shipping Times

All in-stock products are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.Manufactured products are usually shipped within 7 to 14 business days.Custom orders are usually shipped within 14 to 21 business days.

Order Tracking

Most products are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size with some large items shipped by private freight.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Where's My Order?

Once tracking details have been provided that means your order has been processed and shipped. It has left our Brooklyn, NY facility. Tracking details usually appear in the shipper's database within 72 hours and generally provide point-in-time tracking meaning your order location is updated as it is scans and gets closer to you.

USPS and UPS Mail Innovations do not guarantee point-in time tracking and may not update until it is delivered. Most orders shipped via USPS should arrive within 7-10 business days on the West Coast and even sooner on the East.

We now offer Ground shipping for faster delivery times through UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage.

Cancellations

Orders are processed within 2-4 hours of receipt of the order. Once processed, we are unable to cancel your order.

We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings so we're happy to accept a return for a store credit or gift certificate on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return any eligible purchase from Rvinyl within 30 days from the date of delivery by filling out the form below. Your return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are ineligible for credit. In the event an error is made by Rvinyl, a return shipping label will be provided.

So what happens when you receive my return? We will inspect it. Then we will process your store credit within 2 business days. Store credits are issued by giving you a credit code you may apply to your next order. You may redeem it by adding your desired products to our cart and during the checkout process and then applying the code.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

•Wraps, rolls and sheets of film

•Precut Paint Protection Kits and PPF Film

•4" x 6" Sheets and Samples

•Special Order Items

•Custom Designed Products

•Manufactured Products

•Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

•Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)
