Delivery Options & Delivery Scheduling

We offer the following delivery options:● In-Store Pickup: Customers may pick up items at our store during business hours. We will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

● Home Delivery Service: We bring your items directly to your location and provideassembly and setup for your convenience. Delivery fees are calculated based ondistance. Customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery window once the orderis ready.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

● There is adequate access to the delivery location (doors, hallways, staircases).

● The delivery address is correct and complete.

If delivery cannot be completed due to space restrictions, lack of access, or inaccurateinformation, additional fees may apply.

Delivery/In-Store Pickup Confirmation & Customer Acknowledgment

At the time of delivery or pickup, customers are required to inspect their items and sign a Delivery Confirmation & Customer Acknowledgment form.

If items are picked up by the customer, including boxed or packaged merchandise, the store is not responsible for any damage after the items leave the premises.

Customers choosing in-Store Pickup are responsible for bringing adequate help for loading, transportation, and unloading large or heavy items.

By acknowledging this document, the customer confirms that: The order has been received in good condition. The correct items were delivered or picked up.

Once the Delivery Confirmation & Customer Acknowledgment has been acknowledged, the order is considered complete and accepted, and no claims, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are FinalAll purchases made through Furniture One, whether in-store or online, are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Customer ResponsibilityCustomers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, colors, andspecifications before completing their purchase.

Customers must also ensure that all furniture items will fit through doorways, hallways,staircases, and into the intended space prior to delivery.

Order Cancellations Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or submitted to our suppliers . However, once an order has been processed, placed with a supplier, or prepared for fulfillment, it is no longer eligible for cancellation .

Furniture One may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation only in rare circumstances. If a cancellation is approved after the order has been processed, prepared, or submitted to a supplier, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will apply.

Orders that have been shipped, delivered, or picked up cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Manufacturer WarrantySome products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims related to manufacturing defects must be handled directly through the product manufacturer, according to their warranty terms and conditions.

Furniture One does not provide additional warranties.
