We make every effort to make sure your order is sent within a reasonable time.

If your order is in stock, it typically will ship within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, products will be on backorder and it may take up to 12 weeks to receive your order. All items will have a back order time frame in the product description and if purchased you will receive follow-up emails with back order time frame information as well.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping time will be dependent on the type of shipping selected during checkout.

Cut-off time for same day expedited shipped items is 10:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday - Friday. This only applies to orders with selected expedited services: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, & USPS Priority . Orders placed with expedited shipping outside of working hours will be shipped the following business day. Orders with selected expedited services that include backordered items will be shipped using the selected service once product is back in stock.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping expenses will not be refunded.

Shipping CostYankum Ropes will cover the cost of shipping either to or from the delivery address ONLY when the returned item has defect or was the incorrect item. For all other return scenarios, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
