Large Items

Oversized items are dispatched on a dedicated courier service, delivery cost per item is £15.95. Delivery can take 3-5 working days. Packaging will not be taken away by the courier. Applicable products will state this information on the product page.

Heavy Goods Delivery

This is a specialist furniture courier service. The charge for each item classed as wooden is £40.00 ex VAT and for items classed as aluminium the charge is £80.00 ex VAT. Delivery can take up to 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped our carrier will contact you within 48 hours of receipt and will organise shipping with you directly. Applicable products will state this information on the product page.

Our delivery team will contact you as soon as they have collected the product from us to inform you of the delivery slot available. Deliveries will be made to the ground floor and to a hallway/entrance only, we do not offer any other services. Deliveries can be made between 7am-9pm – businesses will have goods delivered within business hours.

Please inform our heavy goods delivery service of any access issues both outside and inside your home that may hinder delivery, for example, small narrow roads, small doorways and corridors. Failure to do so may encourage a failed delivery and the cancellation fee will be chargeable to you.

Contact - The Urban Mill - Checkout

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from The Urban Mill we’re here to help. Simply log in to My Account and go to your order history, then select the order you wish to return, fill in the returns form section and follow the instructions on how to return your goods.

You will need to complete our Returns Form which can you download here.

•It is important the Returns Form is provided in the package and the label attached to the box to identify your return.

•Your order must be returned to us within 28 days (20 working days) of delivery and in good condition.

•We simply ask that the product is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging

Cancellation

You can cancel your order, but you must contact our Customer Services Department immediately to establish the status of your order, if your order is within the Warehouse Picking team, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Visit the Contact us section for contact details. If we can stop the order from being dispatched, we'll refund the full amount of the order. If your order has been dispatched, then follow our ‘Returns’ procedure above.
