Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not required to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The prices vary design on the type of item. Items that require LTL shipping will be subject to varying increased rates. Items that can be shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS are shipped at no charge for orders over $50 at the cheapest option available to us. Upgraded shipping is available to be selected at checkout at the cost of the buyer.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. C.P. Dean Company, Inc. is not to be held liable from shipping delays due to the carrier.

C.P. Dean Company, ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

C.P. Dean Company, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

C.P. Dean Company, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may also come visit us at our retail stores at 2044 Westmoreland Street, Richmond, VA 23230 or 1020 Battlefield Blvd, Suite C, Chesapeake, VA 23320. All costs associated with the return including, but not limited to, shipping and packaging are to be paid by the buyer. No liability in the cost of the return is to be compensated by the seller, unless the return is due to fault of improper item or damaged product. The seller reserves all right to determine in the item is improper or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@cpdean.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Pool tables where the cloth has already been attached to the rail, will incur a covering, uncovering, and cloth disposal fee of 200% of the cost of the cloth. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cpdean.com.
