Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from our facility in Missoula, Montana. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Processing times vary for specific items:

Print-on-demand items require an additional 14 business days for production before shipping

Preorder items will ship according to the date listed on the product page

If your order includes multiple items with different processing times, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after order processing

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available at checkout, depending on your region

International Shipping

Standard Shipping: 4-6 weeks after order processing

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the order date.

Shipping Methods

Standard Orders: We ship via UPS Mail Innovations, which partners with your local courier for final delivery to ensure efficient service. In most cases, this is your local post office but other delivery services may be used. Check the UPS tracking link for alternative tracking numbers.

Expedited Orders: Expedited shipments are delivered directly by UPS or FedEx, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend all customers monitor the tracking information for their order and be on the lookout for any notices from your local customs or post office alerting you to any additional action required to arrange for pickup or delivery of your order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost, Damaged, and Incorrect Orders: Refunds and replacements for lost or damaged orders can be set up within 6 months from the order date. After 6 months, an order is no longer eligible for a refund or a replacement.

Please contact our team at hello@good.store if your order arrived damaged or is incorrect. Our team can help set up a replacement or refund for your damaged or incorrect item(s).

Returns and Exchanges:

To return an item, please reach out to our support team (hello@good.store) for further instructions. Shipping costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility.We are unable to provide direct exchanges for items that have already shipped. We ask customers to return the item(s) they no longer want and create a new order to purchase the preferred item(s).

We will provide a refund for returned items, provided the order was placed within the last 6 months, and the items are in new, resellable condition. Items must be clean, unused, unworn, unwashed, and remain in any original product packaging (if applicable) to be eligible for a refund.

Once items are received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of the return and that the refund has been processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
