Note to Our U.S. Customers: Due to ongoing issues with unpredictable import tariffs, we’ve made the decision to stop shipping physical products to the U.S. at this time. As a small Canadian shop, we want every order to be a positive experience, and right now, cross-border shipping no longer aligns with that goal. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The shipping rate is calculated & displayed at checkout based on the package weight.

Purchases in Canada over $200 receive free shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including tariffs and VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cozy Prairie Linens Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does NOT apply to digital products or items reduced in price by 30% or more. Digital Products and items reduced in price by 30% or more are FINAL SALE and NOT returnable.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cozyprairielinens.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 2733, Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada T7Z 1Y2If your return is accepted, you must ship the item back to us at your own expense. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@cozyprairielinens.com.
