These are estimated delivery based on our suppliers and may vary depending on your location and order volume.

Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped.

Pre-orders are shipped out based on priority WHEN ITEM BECOMES AVAILABLE. (first come first serve).

Shipping times and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, wight and the item’s origin (our warehouse, wholesaler, or supplier).

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events

Any applicable duties, taxes, import fees for international orders or any other fees associated with the purchase are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds on pre-orders are issued with store credit after 48 hours of purchase.

Return process:

•Contact our support team at admin@theballdepot.com to initiate a return.

•Reply to our email with clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.

•Wait for our return authorization before shipping anything back.

•Ship the item using a traceable and insured shipping method.

Refund process:

•After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Non-refundable items

•Custom products (including personalized, made-to-order, or specialty manufactured items)

•Items purchased in the wrong size or colour

•Items purchased due to change of mind or purchaser regret.

•Final sale items

Store Credit and Gift Cards

All store credits and gift cards are final sale. They are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Store credits will expire 90 days from the date issued.

Any shipping costs (both to and from THE BALL DEPOT or designated return facility), duties, taxes, import fees for international orders or any other fees associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Fees

A 5% processing fee will apply to all refunds.

Unauthorized Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, an administration fee of $45.00 USD will be applied, in addition to any chargeback fees incurred by The Ball Depot as a result of the dispute.

These fees will be deducted directly from any refund amount owed, or must be paid in full before any outstanding or future orders are shipped.

We encourage all customers to contact us at admin@theballdepot.com prior to initiating a chargeback so we can work toward a resolution.

Any remaining balance after fees are deducted will be issued as store credit to the customer's account. Additionally, customers who file an unauthorized chargeback may be prohibited from purchasing the disputed product(s) in the future, at The Ball Depot's discretion.
