At Pallet Plug 614, we sell liquidation, overstock, customer return, open-box, damaged-box, and closeout inventory. Because of the nature of liquidation, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

That does not mean we do not care. We are real people, a small family-owned business, and we take a lot of pride in being honest and transparent about what we sell.

We do our due diligence to inspect, sort, photograph, describe, and disclose item condition to the best of our ability. However, we are a small two-person team processing hundreds of items each week, at very fast paces and liquidation inventory can vary. Some items may be brand new, some may be open-box, some may have damaged packaging, missing pieces, signs of handling, or may not be fully tested unless clearly stated.

We strongly encourage customers to review photos, read descriptions, ask questions, and inspect items before completing pickup at our warehouse. Once an item leaves our facility, it is considered accepted as-is.

If something truly feels off or there is a rare issue we missed, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee refunds, returns, or exchanges, we will always listen, review the situation, and do our best to make it right when appropriate.

Our goal is simple: be transparent, offer real deals, and treat people fairly.
