CanadaWe offer returns for all Canadian orders. Return shipping & handling is $9.99 and deducted from your refund to cover just a part of our costs to service our friends up North. We do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders and ask you to return the order for a refund. The rates for taxes and duties are set by the Canadian government and are based on the value of the goods and the country of manufacturing. All duties and taxes for Canadian orders are charged at checkout. All returns must be shipped from the country the order was originally delivered to and with a ThirdLove issued return label. Rest of the World

International orders outside of Canada are final sale. We are working on a better solution to service our customers internationally; for the time being, your order is final and we cannot accept returns outside of the US and Canada regardless of the issue. One option to explore a smoother delivery is to use a US forwarder such as Shipito, Parcl, Shop2Ship, USGoBuy (please use at your own risk).
