When will my order be despatched?

All orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. A despatch confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers)

Who will deliver my order?

We use a range of carriers to deliver your order, which is determined by the size, weight, value of the goods and delivery address location

Will I know when my delivery is due?

Yes, most carriers will notify you via email or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time. You will also be able to track yourself via the link provided in your despatch email or on this website

Will I need to be at home when my order is delivered?

A signature may be required upon delivery of some orders. You will be notified of this in your despatch confirmation email and/or by the courier directly

What if I'm not in when the carrier attempts to deliver my order?

The carrier will post a 'you were not home' card which will include their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery directly with them. Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us with further instructions. If you require us to despatch the goods once more, an additional charge may apply

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, then please refuse delivery and/or contact us as soon as possible

What is the returns policy at Event Decor Shop?

Will I have to pay to return an item?

If the item you wish to return is not faulty, you will be responsible for paying the returns postage costs you incur.If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide you with a free returns postage label.

What do I do if my item develops a fault?

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period that is not related to misuse, you can return the goods for a replacement, subject to stock. If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a full refund.If your item develops a fault outside of the warranty period, we will do our best to provide a solution which is agreeable to both parties.

How do I return an item?

Before you return any items to us, please send an email to returns@eventdecorshop.co.uk . We will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send the return.

When will I receive my refund or replacement?

Once the returned goods have been received by us, we will process a refund or replacement within 4 working days. Refunds should appear on your bank statement within a further 2-3 days (dependent on your bank) and replacements will arrive within a further 3 working days (another despatch confirmation will be emailed).

How will I be refunded?

We will refund you via the same method in which you paid. All refunds will go back onto the same card / account used at the time of purchasing.If you paid for your order using Klarna, we will notify Klarna once we’ve processed and accepted your return/refund. Klarna will then cancel any future scheduled payments, as well as refund any amount due.

Can I cancel my order?
