Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Expedited Shipping: 5-15 business days (if available for certain items).

Shipping Costs

Split Shipments

As a dropshipping company, some of your items may come from different manufacturers, resulting in multiple packages for a single order. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order is shipped and tracking information is provided, Highlands Mill is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to resend the package.

International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price. Highlands Mill is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional charges.

Cancellations & Changes

Order Modifications: Once an order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@highlandsmill.com

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If the order is already in transit, the standard return process will apply.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@highlandsmill.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem, either by replacing the item or offering a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy for Highlands Mill

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our support team at info@highlandsmill.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Custom or personalized items

Items marked as "final sale"

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

Any item returned without prior authorization from Highlands Mill

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process once the returned item is received and inspected.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply to approved returns unless the error is on our part.

Shipping fees, both initial and return, are non-refundable.
