Tool Factory Outlet will ship orders quickly and efficiently. All orders will be followed up promptly with both and order and shipping confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided to track the progress of your order.

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Most ship within 1-2 business days of ordering with every attempt made to ship same business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you via email with the reason. You will also have the option to cancel the order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our preferred carrier is UPS but will sometimes use other carriers for a variety of reasons, to the customer’s benefit. The following are typical services we use and their transit times. Again, 90% of our items ship via UPS.

•Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority)

•Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will always be provided a tracking number to track your delivery.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Tool Factory Outlet ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will also ship outside of the US after a shipping quote has been provided and confirmed by the customer.

Freight

Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. You will know when checking out if your product is shipping freight. After the transaction, you will receive a separate shipping quote from us for which you can review and approve. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. The carrier will contact you to arrange this.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tool Factory Outlet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Tool Factory Outlet has 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- new, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your original order number. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please see our list of prohibited return items below. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. As long as the above product return conditions are met, our intention is to make your return process hassle-free, fast, and efficient. Upon receiving the item back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and promptly issue your refund. If the return is denied, we will contact you.
