Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days, even engraved ones.

We are a family business, so during peak periods this can extend another day or two, but trust us we are busting our butts to get your orders out asap.

If you need your package by a specific date, please email us and we'll rush the order processing.

Our packages are sent via the United States Post Office with 2-5 Day Shipping. Expedited shipping orders get same-day processing. The shipping cutoff time is 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and noon on Saturdays.

What is our refund policy?

We take in pride in our products and respect the time and money that our customers commit to us.

Our refund policy is very simple - we offer free returns on all orders and a 100% refund after receiving your return.

•If you don't like our pill case -> send it back for a full refund

•If your pills don't fit

-> send it back for a full refund

•If you want to return your case for any reason -> send it back for a full refund.

Engraving: Yes, we even refund orders that include engraving.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

1. MULTIPLE RETURNS FOR THE SAME ORDER: Please note this policy is limited to the first return of each order . If you need to return / exchange twice for the same order, a $25 return fee will be charged on all additional returns to cover the costs of shipping, handling and additional packaging.

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note this return and refund policy does not apply to international orders - due to the high cost of shipping internationally, all international orders are final sale and we will not process returns from international orders.

3. DISCOUNT ABUSE: Please note this generous policy cannot be abused in order to get a discount. If we determine that your return was solely to get a discount on the same item later on, we will charge a $25 return fee per item to cover the costs of shipping, handling and additional packaging.

How do I return or exchange my case?

Customers can use our self-service Return & Exchange Portal and will need their order # and zip/email/phone #.

We send you a prepaid return label for the US Post Office.

Products must be returned without any damage to the pill case.

We're streamlining our return and refund process to make it even smoother for you. While we finish these improvements, there may be a slight delay in processing.If your return shows as delivered but you don't see your refund within 3-5 business days, just send us a quick message at tavish@ikigaicases.com . We'll take care of it right away and make sure everything is set for you.

Free Promotional Items & Returns

If your order included any FREE promotional items, those items must be returned with the rest of the order if you initiate a return.

If a free promotional item is not returned, it will be charged at its full retail price and deducted from your refund.
