Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Canpar — whichever offers the best rate at the time of fulfillment. Estimated delivery times:

•Ontario: 2–5 business days

•Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $200 (before taxes).

Local Pickup (Brantford, ON) Local pickup is available at our Brantford location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

DIY Kits & Workshop Materials Some items (such as large DIY kits or paint sets) may ship separately or require additional handling time. Any delays will be communicated by email.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ashley@brantfordfinderskeepers.ca. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Being the nature of our business all sales are final.

Should you happen to decide you would like another paint colour, it can be exchanged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at ashley@brantfordfinderskeepers.ca . If your exchange is accepted, only in person exchanges can be completed at our physical store location 198 King George Road, Brantford Ontario.You can always contact us for any exchange question at ashley@brantfordfinderskeepers.ca .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
