Same Day Shipping Details

Primus Cable offers same day shipping on most online orders placed by 12:00pm Pacific Time meaning that your order will ship within a 24-hour period from the time it was received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please call for availability before placing your order. Shipping charges may apply to items not stocked in our Southern California warehouse. Primus Cable does not guarantee delivery time.

USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail do not provide detailed tracking or delivery time guaranty. Under certain circumstances, Primus Cable may at no extra charge upgrade order from Priority Mail to UPS Ground shipping to enable live tracking and insures the package in the event of loss or damage.

Same Day Shipping Guarantee:

Orders cannot be changed after 15 minutes.

Orders placed before 12PM Pacific Time ship same day (within 24 hours). Some items do not ship from our Southern California warehouse, so please consider this when estimating shipping times. These products are not covered under our Same Day Shipping Guarantee.

Applies to the lower 48 US States only. International orders and shipments to AK, HI and PR will incur shipping charges.

Local Pickup:

Many items we sell are available for local pickup at our Lake Elsinore, California warehouse. Please call prior to placing your order to verify we do have those items in stock. Once placed, these orders can be picked up at our front desk.

USPS Priority

Takes 2-3 business days plus 1 day processing time.

Small Package delivered by Canada Post

Takes 7-14 business days plus 1 day processing time. Deliveries to Canada may take longer due to holds imposed by customs.

USPS Priority International

Takes 6-10 business days plus 1 day processing time. Additional delays may occur if holds are imposed by customs.

UPS Worldwide Expedited

Takes 3-5 business days plus 1 day processing time. Additional delays may occur if holds are imposed by customs.

UPS Worldwide Express Saver

Takes 1-3 business days plus 1 day processing time. Additional delays may occur if holds are imposed by customs.

UPS Ground

Takes 3-5 business days depending on location plus 1 day processing time. For example, it takes 1-2 business days for CA and 4-5 business days for NY. (Monday-Friday)

Takes 3 business days plus 1 day processing time. (Monday-Friday)

Please see the applicable warranty policy on this web site for returns. Primus Cable offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your Primus Cable account manager.

Please contact our Returns Department at support@primuscable.com or call (951) 824-1571 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Any goods returned without a proper RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to Customer at Customer’s expense. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returned items.

Any product returned by the Customer must be returned as originally shipped in their original packaging. Any item not returned in its original package will be returned and under no circumstance will we issue a credit. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

PRIMUS CABLE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM ORDERED PRODUCTS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO CABLE ASSEMBLIES, CUSTOM CUT LENGTHS, COLOR MATCHING, FIBER PRODUCTS, PE89, AND/OR CUSTOM FABRICATION.

You the customer are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Primus Cable will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). i.e., you return the defective item in question back to us UPS Ground for replacement; Primus Cable in return will ship back to you the replacement item via UPS Ground at our expense. Any additional shipping cost(s) is the Customer’s responsibility.

Primus Cable strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If merchandise arrives to you damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Primus Cable to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Primus Cable immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Primus Cable of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Primus Cable to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Manufacturer restrictions apply. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

Certain non-defective returns can be accepted directly by Primus Cable within 30 days from the invoice date at Primus Cable's discretion for credit or exchange. Please see Primus Cable’s Return Policy on this web site. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.

Primus Cable reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all charges for shipping returned items to Primus Cable, and Primus Cable will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) sent to the Customer.
