We ship every order with tracking. Tecno Gadgets fulfills through CJ Dropshipping or Spocket dropshipping and uses local warehouses whenever available (USA, Germany, UK). If an item is out of local stock, it may ship from a global warehouse (China).

Processing time

Order cutoff: 18:00 (6:00 pm) London time, Mon–Fri.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods & fees

Tracked shipping is offered at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown there.

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels to speed delivery.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable once a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Address changes & cancellations

Need to change your address? Email info@tecnogadgets.shop within 12 hours of purchase. After processing, changes may not be possible.

We can’t cancel orders that have already been shipped. Unwanted items can be returned—see our Returns Policy.

Delivery attempts & missed deliveries

Carriers may require a signature or safe-place consent. If nobody is available, they’ll leave a notice or attempt redelivery/collection. Follow the instructions in the carrier message and bring photo ID for collection.

Out-of-stock / backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you and ship as soon as it’s restocked. We may ship available items first.

Shipping to work addresses

We can ship to home or work addresses. Please ensure the address is complete and accessible for delivery. For fraud prevention, your billing address must match the card’s registered address; otherwise, your order may be held for review.

Taxes, VAT & customs

Shipments from local warehouses in the US/UK/EU generally do not incur duties.

If an item ships from our global warehouse, local VAT/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility where charged. Taxes calculated at checkout reflect what we can collect in advance.

Problems with your delivery

We carefully check and pack items before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tecnogadgets.shop with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

For damaged/defective, wrong item, or missing parts, please upload clear photos/video in the portal.

Final sale items, gift cards, and certain hygiene products (e.g., in-ear earbuds) are not returnable unless defective.

Your statutory rights (including EU/UK consumer rights) remain unaffected.

How it works

Open the portal above and enter your order details.

Choose Refund or Exchange, state the reason, and upload evidence if requested.

Wait for approval. We’ll send the return address provided by our warehouse partner (do not ship anything before approval).

Ship within 15 days of approval with tracking, and include your order number.

Depending on the shipping warehouse, returns may be routed to a local facility (USA / Germany / UK). In some cases our partner may request a return to China, or may approve refund/resend without a physical return when appropriate.

Costs

Damaged/incorrect items: return costs are covered or a refund/resend without return may be approved after review.

Change of mind/size: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; banks may take 3–10 business days to post.

Exchanges ship within 1–2 business days after approval (you’ll receive a new tracking link).

Delivery issues (not received / marked delivered)

If a parcel is shown as Delivered but can’t be found, contact us within 7 days of the scan so we can investigate with the carrier/local partner.

EU/UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK have a legal right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, notify us via the portal within 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of your notice (items unused and in resale able condition). Some exclusions apply. Return shipping for withdrawal is typically at the customer’s cost unless otherwise required by law.

Do not send returns to our business address. The return address is provided after approval through the portal.

Returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and complete. Final Sale & hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless faulty on arrival. Start in our Returns Portal and wait for approval/label.
