Free 2-Day Shipping - FREE 2-Day Shipping is applied on all orders shipping to the Contiguous 48 States. (P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2-Day Shipping.)

Free Standard Shipping (4-6 Days) - All orders that do not qualify for 2-Day Shipping will be shipped using Standard Shipping Methods. (This includes P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other US Territories.)

1-Day Priority Shipping (1-2 Days) - Most orders are available for 1 Day Shipping. The additional cost will be calculated at checkout.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?

All Returned products must meet the following criteria:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. While we’ll accept returns for any reason, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to personal preferences, such as not liking the product or no longer needing it.

90-Day Unused Product Return: If it’s been more than 30 days but less than 90 days, you may return the product as long as it is unused and in its original condition, including all components, instructions, and packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

All components, instructions and packaging: Item being returned includes all components, instructions and packaging. (Please note, returns made that are missing parts or the original packaging are only eligible for a 50% refund).

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@theshowerheadstore.com for further assistance.

Shipping To return your product, you should first email us to obtain the return shipping address. The address may differ depending on your address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or was damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
