RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)​

•"LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" GUARANTEE - If you don't love it, simply return it unused. No questions asked.

•Customer is responsible for shipping back the order. A refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received. Simply email info@slushropes.com for instructions.

•Shipping is not included in the refund provided and the buyer is responsible for shipping back the unused merchandise. For example, if you paid $10.00 for shipping and your total was $75.00, you will receive $65.00 in refund. In addition, the cost to ship back to SLUSHROPES.COM will not be included in your refund.

•"Slushropes.com" is not responsible for any returning merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Make sure to pack your return in a box with the shipping label and opt in for signature confirmation!

•A refund confirmation receipt will be emailed to you upon receiving your return! The refund will be made via your method of payment only.

•If your merchandise is defective, simply email us at info@slushropes.com with your order information and include photos. A return label will be provided to you by SLUSHROPES.COM . Customer shall not pay for any additional cost to receive replacement.
